Paradise Coves is a residential enclave on a surface of 3.5 hectares of rain forest fronting a secluded beach and bordering an ecological reserve in the north shores of Costa Banderas, at only 25 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta's international airport.

There will be a maximum of 12 residences with access to a beach club and tennis facilities, with abundant wild flora and fauna. Each of these homes will have a private lot that will vary between 2,000 m2 to 4,000 m2, subject to a condominium regime and bylaws. Construction sizes will start at 400M2 up to 700M2, with generous lateral setbacks of 10 meters front and back.
